The Final Farmers Market of 2010!

Judy and I have really enjoyed the Glenville Farmers Market every year. On December 4, 2010, we ventured out on this fine day for the final market of the year. The weather was great. As you can see from the picture above, we purchased a couple of white pine garlands for our front porch.

The fire provided warmth for all in attendance.

Ed and Sue Grafton (Braxton County) provided the Christmas trees for sale. They also provided free of charge the large community Christmas tree located downtown at the corner of Lewis and Main Street.

Carol Ross of Bonnet Run Baskets had beautiful handmade items. I loved the colorful reed ornaments.

Our friend, Amy, had her baskets and her Mom's knitted scarves/hats for sale.

If you love jams and jellies, then this lady could have supplied your needs.

The ladies of the Glenville First Baptist sold homemade soups. They were certainly yummy. My favorite was the potato soup!

Judy and I have many fine memories of our friends and neighbors at this wonderful facility.
