GSC Madrigal Dinner

Last night the GSC Fine Arts students presented their annual Madrigal Dinner. It was a neat evening. The room of the castle was ready and the boar was prepared. (Boar's name was "Babe"! Just kidding!)

The guests arrived by 6:30 P.M. Our friend, Fran, is always a great GSC supporter and attends the majority of campus activities. She is a most lovely lady.

Before the dinner, Judy hugs Professor Teresa Dody. Teresa was in charge of this renaissance feast and musical event.

What is a castle without a head Jester? (Robert Myers)

The monk gave spiritual blessings along with his music. It takes devotion to shave thy head.

Throughout the meal, the guitar player provided background music.

Meals were served by the Fine Arts students. Meal consisted of rolls, salad, pork with cherry and raisin sauce, green beans, and a bread pudding dessert. Oh, I can not forget the Wassail!

Here are some of the performers at last night's dinner. Notice the lad to the far right.

This fellow (Nic Yale) is in training to be the chef Jester.

He was a fine juggler and exhibited skill in the area of gymnastics.

The young knight below proved that this was an amazing, but short night!

It was certainly a fun evening. Thanks to the GSC Fine Arts students!
