Kindermusik
What a busy couple of days! Tuesday we traveled to Bridgeport and completed some chores. That evening we went to Kindermusik with Sam (and Dad and Mom).

Kindermusik brings music to children's lives through developmentally appropriate curricula, CDs, books, instruments, and activities for classes and for family time at home.

According to their website, Kindermusik's philosophy is founded upon rigorous research and our fundamental beliefs:
Every parent is the child's most important teacher.
Every child is musical.
The home is the most important learning environment.
Music nurtures a child's cognitive, emotional, social, language, and physical development.
Every child should experience the joy, fun, and learning which music brings to life.

Sam attends Kindermusik classes twice a week. His teacher is Miss Carla. She is so wonderful and presents a great learning experience for the kids.

Kindermusik involves a great variety of stimuli for the kids and their parents. Here Jeff and Sam are swinging to music.

How fun it is to play with colorful scarves

What a great evening! We went on a musical animal hunt and the kids were even given a massage to relax them. Oh, to be a kid again!

Here be a parting shot of Sam and Miss Carla.

The next day was Halloween. We stayed the night in Bridgeport and on Wednesay morning we traveled to Shepherdstown to celebrate Flora's 5th birthday.
