A Tree Celebration

This has been a busy week. (It seems all weeks are since retirement in 2002.)  We were in Clarksburg on Thursday. Sarah called after I dropped off Judy at the doctor's.  She was at  Nate's school where they were involved with a "tree ceremony".  I stopped by the school for a few minutes to see this activity.  All the kids were making a circle around the tree.. 

The ceremony involved the kids producing bubbles.  I am lost as to the real meaning of the ceremony.  Nate was busy trying to get the bubbles out of that wand.
