Pumpkins of the Clarion

Jeff, Sarah, Sam, and Nate met us in Shepherdstown so they could also celebrate Flora's birthday. We all stayed in the Clarion Hotel . The receptionists welcomed us in their Halloween attire.


Judy and I were so impressed with the pumpkins at the hotel that we thought we would share a sampling with you.

Well, what do we have here? It is Dame Edna - a legendary cult character played by Australian comedian Barry Humphries.



A witch kept vigil on the business center desk.



We had breakfast at the hotel. At 11 A.M. we were to meet the grand kids at the 4 Seasons Book Store on German Street for story telling time. We finished our waffles and headed toward another Shepherdstown adventure.
